At Wish Harmony, your satisfaction is our top priority.
We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to have a positive shopping experience with us.
Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date your order was delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
All original tags, accessories, and manuals must be included.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
If more than 7 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Non-returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
Beauty, skincare, or personal care products that have been opened or used.
Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”
Gift cards and downloadable products.
Electronic gadgets or accessories that show signs of wear or misuse.
3. Return Process

Once your request is reviewed, we’ll provide the return shipping address and instructions.
Important:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Wish Harmony is not responsible for packages lost during return transit.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@wishharmony.com

Provide clear photos of the product and packaging.
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll receive an email notification about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the credit to appear in your account.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item).
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
Check your bank account or card statement again.
Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.

7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
